After finishing law school at Northern Illinois University, and prior to moving to Botto, Gilbert, Schottiand Lancaster, P.C., Mr. Spencer began his career as a local prosecutor for several municipalities, including Crystal Lake, Cary, Huntley, and Wonder Lake. In the years since his time as a local prosecutor Mr. Spencer has focused his practice in various areas of family law and criminal defense. Mr. Spencer has devoted his current practice to providing services to those clients experiencing family related problems, including custody disputes, divorces, child support issues, orders of protection, and visitation rights cases. “As an attorney, I believe whole-heartedly that it is my job to advise my clients as to all the options available to them and to help them make the best out of a very difficult and emotional set of circumstances. I strive to ensure that each of my clients understands that they are not alone in this process.”
